As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jamie Dunn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle multiple client issues simultaneously, identify unresolved situations, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Handle calls promptly and accurately.
- Render professional service promptly and courteously to customers.
- Provide advice to customers regarding their insurance needs.
- Answer questions from customers regarding insurance policies, claims, billing, payments, etc.
- Explain policies and procedures to customers clearly.
- Assist policyholders in processing claims, including inquiries and resolving problems related to claims.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Offer recommendations about different policies and plans offered by the company, generating interest in new policies, services, or changes in plans.
- Keep accurate records of customer transactions.
- Effectively troubleshoot problems during customer interactions by researching and identifying solutions using available resources, and implementing those solutions ethically and considerately.
- Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
- Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
- Perform sales activities as required, including promoting and selling insurance policies and related services.
- Achieve sales goals to meet overall office targets and contribute to company growth.
- Must be licensed in Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health (L&H) insurance.
- Must be a Spanish speaker.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
